What blockchain does Element support?
Currently Element supports BNB Chain, Ethereum, Polygon, Avalanche. We are working to get it deployed on more blockchains.
What currencies can I use on Element?
Currently Element only supports the native on each blockchain for now. Multi-currency support will be implemented soon.
How do I find my transaction hash?
Transactions are listed as activities in the Activity tab of your Profile page. Click the date of each activity will reveal the transaction in blockchain explorer website.
How can I find out how much did I receive for each sale?
You can confirm the amount of payment either from the Notifications.
What is a floor price?
Floor price is the lowest starting price in the trading market.
How do I know if the current gas fee is appropriate?
You can check the real-time gas fee through https://mycointool.com/GasNow Generally speaking, it is relatively cheap when Gas is below 50.
Glossary
Collection: A set of NFTs within the same contract.
Collection Offer: An offer which gets submitted on all items within a collection.
Contract: An Ethereum smart contract
Floor Price: The lowest amount of money required to spend to obtain an NFT using the Buy Now function.
Gas: The cost required to perform a transaction, priced in GWEI.
