### Details of the event

Element officially launched a lucky draw at 0:00 on October 11. 

The prizes include not only ELE, but also white list. 

The activity time is from the utc0-24 o'clock of the day, updated daily.

It is determined by the number of addresses whose monthly trading volume is greater than 0.3 ETH. The more people there are, the more generous the reward will be.
